This one didn't look like a filofax, had no clasp and looked to all intents and purposes just like a notebook. I've been looking at images for a couple of days now. I think I have learned my lesson and next time I shall be brave and just ask where it came from!
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5763264385856038915.post-44908461271024054742014-05-29T09:22:15.141+01:002014-05-29T09:22:15.141+01:00Ooh wow gorgeous stuff on that website!Ooh wow gorgeous stuff on that website!Lauriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03550291806241735598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5763264385856038915.post-60036094915688908362014-05-28T17:01:27.121+01:002014-05-28T17:01:27.121+01:00Was it possibly a journal from TT Patton? http://t...Was it possibly a journal from TT Patton? http://ttpatton.com/journals/

Also, have you tried googling "red alligator planner" and then clicked on "images" to see if you can recognize a picture of it?taylormadehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07399263849869685660noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5763264385856038915.post-50612737793949241272014-05-28T16:59:35.226+01:002014-05-28T16:59:35.226+01:00This comment has been removed by the author.taylormadehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07399263849869685660noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5763264385856038915.post-77654573616875672242014-05-27T14:56:50.374+01:002014-05-27T14:56:50.374+01:00And yes, the cooking terminology does hamper the g...And yes, the cooking terminology does hamper the google search! I've worked my way through most of the francophone countries and as a French speaker I think there is a fairly good chance I didn't miss much. I suspect it may have been a one off. If it was vintage she had kept hers in tip top condition. Off to work my way through ebay now... Thank you :)
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5763264385856038915.post-26503548689371520692014-05-27T14:54:24.883+01:002014-05-27T14:54:24.883+01:00I've tried them. Either current brand or vintage brand - if it's vintage that may be hampering the search -The word she used means parchment and is a cooking term meaning cooking in a parchment / paper package. If you think about it the notebook is like the parchment wrap -- in this case around someones life instead of a piece of fish. I couldnt find anything myself but googling from the US can be limiting. There is a canadian company with that name and looking at their site it looks like there is an agenda category but nothing comes up If I were her I'd do an ebay search worldwide and make it a saved search so if anything comes up it there will be an email generated - most will be cooking things including a magazine named that - It also could have be something made for that magazine? Anyway - those are my thoughts... I might be off on this, might have nothing to do with the french term but it's sort of poetic...Lauriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03550291806241735598noreply@blogger.com
