2015 Plannerisms planners update

Hi everyone, I have some bad news about the 2015 Plannerisms planners: due to misprints they have all been pulled from retailers. There was a misprint in the December monthly calendar that throws off the days.

Unfortunately I did not get proofs this year before production, and did not receive samples of the final products so I didn't get my planners until they were already in customers' hands. So, I was unable to prevent this misprint from going to production, and somehow it made it past the Collins proofreading team. Once this problem was brought to the attention of the publisher, the decision was made to pull all copies.

A limited second production run might be possible to fix this issue, I am still waiting for information on that and will let you know. If that does happen, orders will be via direct email with the publisher with payment via PayPal. I will have more info for you next week about this.

In the meantime if you are disappointed with your Plannerisms planner and you ordered it from Collins UK, you can contact them to ask about a refund. Here is their contact page.

I do not handle any of the ordering or returns process so I won't be able to help you, you'll need to contact them directly.

As you might imagine I am extremely disappointed about this. It's obviously not up to my standards, and it's not up to Collins standards either. I'll do everything I can to make sure this doesn't happen again!!!

  3. Thanks for letting us know about the situation. I checked thru my copy of the 2015 planner and saw the misprint at Dec 26. Thankfully, a dark pen and white out does wonders. Unless there is a bigger issue that I missed, my planner is a keeper. I cannot imagine not having it as a tool to use in 2015. I do hope they do a second run for new customers and hope they go back to the nicer paper. Given the choice between a flawed planner or none at all, I would choose my misprinted copy. The oops does not stop me from using the planner.

  6. Thanks for the heads up. t's a quick & easy fix not to worry at this end. But I imagine since you're care about your customers it must feel extremely frustrating. One thing I noticed with your Plannerism 2015 (don't know if others have the same experience) is the quality "feel" of cover and paper isn't quite like it used to be. Won't stop me from buying in the future as I like the system, and new users don't have a point of comparison except to other planners...maybe Collins can tweet things up for 2016. Best and again thanks for the heads up,

    1. Yes the paper and covers are different this year. The cover materials were changed because last year there were a lot of complaints about the covers scratching. However the paper was changed without consulting me to a paper that is not as smooth and nice as it has been in previous years. That will be fixed for next year!

  7. I agree! Went to Relay Bookshop in Changi Airport Singapore as thats the only place which carried the Planner...Was truly disapponited at the paper quality and the cover too.. Can live with the cover but the paper quality was something I could not accept after using the older version in 2014.

Also the version designed for Singapore had no daily quotes....Paid more this year and yet I could not bring myself to start using it....Passed it to hubby instead....
